WHAT HAPPENED?
Naeher played in goal for the Chicago Red Stars in Saturday's victory and brought up her 50th win for the club, the most for any goalkeeper at a single club in the NWSL. She has been with the club since 2016 and is a legend of the United States women's team.

THE BIGGER PICTURE
Chicago have now won both of their opening two games of the season, having beaten Utah Royals 2-0 on the opening weekend. Naeher is a hugely experienced campaigner and has won the World Cup twice with the USWNT.
